ROLLER RESTORATION

Installation

  • Collection and delivery – we will advise you on packing, collect your rollers from the specified location and, after the work is done, deliver them to the place of your choice.
  • Comprehensive inspection and diagnostics – before any work we will assess the condition and geometry of the roller.

Preparation

  • Coating removal – we will remove the worn-out coating.
  • Preparation for coating – before applying a new coating, the roller is thoroughly ground.
  • Patented coatings – rollers are coated in compliance with technological requirements, with all essential processes monitored. The coating is selected according to the application, based on many years of accumulated experience.
  • Balancing – precise roller balancing extends coating service life, ensures product quality and improves equipment efficiency.
